I praise and I must say that it really works as I imagine. I take 3 tablets about an hour before I go to bed. I fall asleep well, in the morning I am fresh, rested and able to stand. For example, after aschwaganda I had the problem that although I fell asleep well, I was "broken" in the morning and still 2 hours after waking up I was as if in half-sleep.

I have to admit that after taking it there is a little better (more restful) sleep, at least what Oura claims. Emotionally rather too, I take mostly when I know I have to go to sleep. What's unbearable though is the smell of the tablets... it's always like old rotten socks after opening, really awful 😄.
