For those who do not drink coffee, or are not used to such a "shot" so carefully :-D try a little dosage. The first time it shot me slowly for a month, my hands were shaking, after the second time I took less than the recommended dosage and it was perfect.

I loved this product! I never was into pre-workout drinks, but since I tried this one, I will drink them more. So much better than the one from My protein, better taste and it really does what is says, gives you a bit more energy and without any side effect, which I sadly experienced with My protein- I got a red rash over my body. This one just works great.

I use half a scoop because pre-workout often is too caffeinated but this was a great flavour and gave that instant energy boost without the crash

Pre is fine, I don't feel any tingling after it, but it works. It's not a kick in the face, it gets you up, but you don't feel like you're about to have a heart attack. So the tea flavor is not for me at all, but it's drinkable.
