After two months of use I evaluate positively. I have to say that since I have been taking them regularly I have not been sick and basically no signs that something is trying to get me. As for my nails and hair, I can't judge, I've never had a problem with my hair or nails either. The only thing, and this comes up occasionally in reviews here, is the occasional slight bloating after ingestion. It's not a big deal, it's not every time, but it's there. But I don't see it as a major problem or limitation. I bought another pack and we'll see what it does after long term use.
