There are good pumps without tingling, enough energy for 2-hour workouts and I also notice the fat burning. The effect is good. But whether it works for major weight loss and how quickly it works, I still have to wait and see. My girlfriend is taking it to lose weight and the effect is yet to be seen. The taste of citrus zest is unfortunately too bitter and we have to mix it with other powders/juices so that we can swallow it. Please make it in watermelon flavor, that would be really cool!
