Okay, for me. Smells nice when cooking and definitely not too heavy for my stomach. It dissolves easily and is great for sauteing, frying especially savory foods.

Best oil for high temperatures, tasty, doesn't put as much strain on the stomach as vegetable oils, but the jar is terrible, once I found it so much lower and wider, but since then only these tall ones, hopefully I'll get a bigger/more practical pack some day
