    The flavour is ok, but I'm not sure about the need for a shaker to stir it, I find it impractical.

    I use it mainly during longer cycling trips in summer and sometimes before longer runs over 60 minutes (it helps me with fatigue and cramps). Both strawberry and lime and tropical fruits are good in taste. I just take a 20g dose, otherwise it's too sweet for me.

    Pleasant taste, after drinking 0,8l of water with ionic drink slightly unpleasant aftertaste in the mouth but it fixes rinse your mouth with clean water.

    The taste is pleasant, but you need to make half the recommended dose - otherwise it's too sweet and you can't drink it. When stirring it makes lumps, dissolves badly.
